Chicken and Mushrooms served with Pinot Noir Reduction

Greek Chicken with Onions and Artichoke Hearts in a Fresh Squeezed Lemon, Dill, Capers Yogurt sauce

Roasted Beer Can Chicken served Whole or Leg Quarters (on the bone)

24 Hour Slow Roasted Beef Brisket (suggested side Beer Braised Pinto Beans) (48 hour notice required)

Texas-Style Beef Skirt Steak, Fajita seasoned and grilled, with Onions and Peppers

Mediterranean Lamb served with Wild Mushrooms, topped with San Marzano Braised Tomatoes

Lebanese Lamb Kofta Skewers with Sumac-Aioli (sauce on the side). (Suggested side of Hummus and Pita Bread)

Middle Eastern Veal & Lamb K-Bob, or Beef and Pork crusted with toasted Sesame Seeds served with Tahini & Lemon sauce (suggested side Grilled and Roasted Veggies, and Roasted New Potatoes)

New Orleans-Style BBQ Shrimp (Large Peeled, Deveined, Tail-On) drizzled with Creole Browned Butter, garnished with Fresh Herbs (suggested side Crusty Po’ Boy Toast, and Creole Red Beans and Rice)

Shrimp Creole, with Stewed Tomatoes and Onions (suggested side Rice Pilaf)
